ET-human genetic makeup discovery ?

This is an article that I found recently on DTV (link). I think it contains very important information. It is entitled "Scientists find Extraterrestrial genes in Human DNA"

The information is clearly carrying a lot of weight and that's why the first thing I did was to google it and see if any official sources report this finding. The usual background check. I didn't find any big scientific portal that states the above but nevertheless a lot of pages came up.

Then I tried to verify the story on the Human Genome project site along with trying to find prof Sam Chang that is supposed to lead the scientists to this discovery.

I found out that the Genome Project site is located on a Oak Ridge National Laboratory server.

I could then run a search on this site for Sam Chang and I came up with no results (meaning minuses to credibility).

Anyways...

Putting all this information together about the origins of humanity and the covert nature of ET intervention I ask why ?

Why is humanity seen as a galactic threat and has bad reputation ?
Who is responsible for representing humanity in exopolitical affairs ?
If humanity is an experiment and a product of extraterrestrials playing around with genes why it is being blamed and feared of up there (unwanted child syndrome) ?
How is it possible that 97% of human genepool is of ET origin and (approx) 98% is almost identical to primates ? How does both come together ?

My idea here is to bring some healthy skepticism to this. (Although it reminds me of something funny - why do I like to play skeptic on ET-minded boards and play the ET advocate on neurotypical ones ?)
Anyways I'm curious about this.

So what do you think about the theory that all the extraterrestrials from all over the Universe came here to deposit their DNA in a project ..that was to design a common body that all types of ets can incarnate into thus creating a single body type that all of sacred creation can incarnate into ...thus that is why we have walk ins demon possession..past lives from other civilizations and planets ...these bodies are something unique to were any alien species that has in the past donated there DNA into the construction of these bodies can incarnate into one....just like a universal container...

I've heared of it but not all that you speak about. It's very interesting when you put it like that. The dormant DNA is being activated by specific soul carrier vibrations providing compatibility (driver database) for many energetic life forms willing to incarnate. That makes sense.
In a way if a quasi-humanoidal soul wants to incarnate into a human body, the specific genetic requirements would already be there so maybe a human would be born that wouldn't look like one ? Or just providing specific calibration of organs like a more developed brain, different chemical composition...

As i said it's an intriguing thought. Thanks for sharing.
