Lately... there were visions of marble paths and gems flying in space. And in between loooots of strangeness. The idea is to silence the mind, stop the constant creation of thoughts (bindu level). Once you focus on a thought they tend to elongate and reverberate in the mind. But don't do it on unpleasant thoughts cuz the same happens and their charge is amplified. Just like Bardo Thodol says - imagine your guardian spirit guide as strong and vivid as possible and then let the image fade away gradually. The spirit fades away into the nibbana, then you should do the same to your astral body. Fade away and dissapate into the vastness of space. Become one with every atom and superstring. There is no more ego - there is everything. You.
Then... a vision on the pic of the sun. Surface changing, transmorphing, faces of aliens, beings... they look like a humanoid reptoid frog... they drag people into the sun, they might eat them as a part of some sort of ritual. An idol is raised up by the being.
Subconsiousness, subconsciousness why such imagery you show me ? Oh.. and then it fades away....
