When one looks from the perspective of pure consciousness a question occurs. What is really the difference between us and them ? Or us from us or them from them... ?
There are billions of different lifeforms spread out through out time and space and it's almost impossible to count all of them. Some of them even can't be described in the terms of race as they may change their appearance and alter their codes by will (matrix). In the life time of human being a bacteria may mutate i.ex. 32844832 times giving 23948039208 different species, what is dependent on their life and reproduction cycles. From angelic point of view, throughout the time of an angels life (ex. some mahadeva cycles) humanoids mutate i.ex. 50698409 times giving 46038205832 different species.
The only reason for a being to be is because of the Universal Will and the only reason for a being to act is to reunite with the Universal Will so if you're human, elf, Pleiadian, deva or self-sufficient nose - the only goal is to ontherstand thyself.
I think it is crucial to focus on the code itself and find the patterns of life and understand them, so as a best way to know the cosmic races is to find them in yourself. How ? 4 ex. in this way :
