The answer to your queries is that Semjase of the Pleiades exists in a trans-dimensional state, a state also shared by humanoids of the Pleiadian bloodline. Semyaza of the Watchers fathered many, of whom the ancestors of Semjase are. Each individual is responsible for their sins and also responsible for their good deeds.
